The expression of the building stands for structural clarity and transparency and thus transports the central values of Berliner Wasserbetriebe visually into the urban space. The forecourt with a magnificent oak tree formulates an attractive apron for the visitors. Berliner Wasserbetriebe thus show their new face at Motardstraße.
