The new building of the district court occupies the property at Brodenheckstraße as a quiet, three-story structure. Its three wings enclose a central patio, which opens up to the street to form an address and thus formulates an appropriately representative and spatially defined front area for the district court.
By the central positioning of the house the property is zoned into three areas, which separate the different access routes from each other in a self-evident way. After passing the gate, the visitor arrives at the transverse courthouse, from which all meeting rooms are accessible. Cenitally entering light gives the three-story space an appropriate representativeness.
