35 apartments with communal facilities are to be arranged on a deep plot between the busy Sigmundsgraben to the south and the Saaleauen green corridor to the north. Two buildings are staggered into the depth of the plot, creating the necessary urban presence on the street, enclosing a shared inner courtyard and opening up towards the Saale. The selected pergola access supports the communicative approach of the project. The low number of storeys and the internal structure of the buildings create individual and attractive living situations between the city center and the landscape.
