Four individual houses are lined up along a continuous glass walkway, which is planted with wild vines. The community building protrudes spatially, creating a clearly defined access situation. The chosen development typology creates manageable neighborhoods and a high quality of living. Each apartment has either its own balcony or garden. The buildings are proposed as a timber frame construction with board cladding, while the asymmetrical gabled roof ensures a high degree of independence.
