The new construction of the internship building will be placed in front of the western adjacent halls as a clearly defined head building. The urban planning situation will be rectified, and an inviting forecourt situation will be formulated for the east-facing Campusstraße. The ground floor houses the shared functions, while the two upper floors house the chemical and chemical-biological areas. The horizontally segmented white aluminum façade features a sequenced relief that was abstracted from a rasterized microscopic image of a cell structure, which is also printed on the textile sun protection. The rationally developed house is given an identity-creating form with simple means.
